Role and Responsibilities
The Technical Analyst will support Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s IT Process Improvement & Customer Support. The main objective shall be ensuring Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) is successful, verifying that all workstations, peripherals, and printers that are needed to complete end-user workflows in Epic are deployed and function as expected prior to go-live. Ensure communication of all configuration errors and successes is documented and shared with the team to rectify and redeploy.
