Role and Responsibilities 

The Technical Analyst will support Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s IT Process Improvement & Customer Support. The main objective shall be ensuring Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) is successful, verifying that all workstations, peripherals, and printers that are needed to complete end-user workflows in Epic are deployed and function as expected prior to go-live. Ensure communication of all configuration errors and successes is documented and shared with the team to rectify and redeploy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Diligently verify all workstations, peripherals, and printers utilizing Epic are deployed and function as expected. 
• Follow step-by-step test scripting for each device to confirm appropriate access. 
• Communicate any and all configuration errors and successes through reporting. 
• Communicate professionally, as traveling to clinics and hospitals to perform testing is mandated. 
• When assigned, coordinate communications between the IT department involving technical issues at EPIC training locations. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Diligently verify all workstations, peripherals, and printers are deployed and functioning
• Ensure productivity & efficiency 
• Communicate effectively to ensure issues are documented and addressed
• Submit required reporting in a timely manner 
• Follow UMRFV guidelines and policies. 
• Follow Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s service guidelines. 

Skills & Knowledge

• Technical knowledge PC and MAC operating systems and MS Office applications 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• Current or Recent student at the University of Memphis or surrounding University 
• Customer Service Experience preferred 
• Reliable transportation
